How soon can I expect to see the results from using Skindulgence 30-Minute Facelift?

How do you use Skindulgence?

Proper application of Skindulgence is critical. Although the directions are not complicated, you may not get your desired results if you do not follow them correctly.

1. 1. Cleanse: DO NOT DRY YOUR SKIN AFTERWARD. This step properly prepares your skin for the application of the mask.
2. 2. Mask: Dispense a small amount (one inch in diameter) of the Mask into your hand. With wet fingertips, apply the mask starting at your collarbone in an upward and outward direction except for under the eyes - here you start from the outside corner and work in toward the nose and up to the opposite eyebrow (creating an X when both sides are done). (An illustration of this is included with your product.) This causes the mask to work with the direction of the muscles. Wait 20-25 minutes. Rinse well with warm water. ***It will be cool and tacky while it is working; but when it's warm and dry, it's done.
3. 3. Moisturize: Don't cut corners on this important step! Apply the light creamy moisturizer in an upward and outward direction. This seals in and replenishes essential moisture in your skin.

How often do I use Skindulgence?

Initial phase: Use it 2-3 times per week for the first 12 weeks. Maintenance phase: Use it from 2-3 times per month up to twice a week. Exactly how often is an individual preference and is affected by the elasticity of your skin.

When do I move to the maintenance routine?

After following the initial routine for 12 weeks, TEST your skin by doing the following:

• 1. Apply the Skindulgence system as directed to ONE HALF of your face.
• 2. If there is a noticeable difference between the sides of your face, it means your muscles still have some work to do - they haven't "peaked" yet. Continue with the initial phase.
• 3. If there is no noticeable difference, proceed to the maintenance routine: 2-3 times per month (or more as desired). Occasionally, you may want to use it on an increased frequency right before that big event!

What should I expect when I use Skindulgence for the first time?

• The Skindulgence mask is very thick, sticky, and ivory in color; it dries to a shiny almost transparent consistency.
• The system has a pleasant fragrance with a hint of orange.

The reason for this is that in these areas, the muscles are attached to the skin rather than to the bone. This makes it possible for the muscles to be stimulated topically.

What if I stop using Skindulgence?

What makes Skindulgence so effective is that it works on the muscles as if it were an isometric exercise. In order to experience the benefits of exercise, it must be continued. Should you discontinue using the Skindulgence 30-Minute Facelift system, your skin will gradually return to it's former condition.

How long will the Skindulgence Full System last?

The full system should last approximately 2-3 months during the initial phase depending on how and where you use it. During the maintenance phase, how frequently you use it is more of a personal preference. It should last at least 3 months; for some it may last 6 months or more.

Skindulgence Use Tips:

• Be sure you thoroughly read the directions before beginning.
• In order to really see the difference one application can make, for your first use, just do one side of your face. When you're finished, compare the two sides to see the real difference.
• Since the mask is very sticky, make sure your fingers are wet while you are applying it; it won't stick to your fingers.
• Don't talk while you have the mask on. The movement will interfere with the process.
• Use the upward and outward motions when applying ALL skincare products - that's the direction you want to draw your skin. If you apply them in a downward motion, you're just encouraging the wrinkling and drooping we're all trying to avoid.
• If the mask gets too tight, pressing your finger around the eye or mouth will alleviate some of the pressure.

Do I have to do exercises along with the Skindulgence system?

Does the Skindulgence 30-Minute Facelift System replace my daily skin care products?

No. Keep using the daily skin care products you are currently using.

Can I use Skindulgence every day?

It is advised NOT to use Skindulgence any more than is directed. Facial muscles can take stimulation every 48 - 72 hours. Using it more often will not create better results.
